Cancellation Rights

Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of our agreement to provide you with a service. To cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the cancellation period has expired. You may do this by email at contact@thinkingthrough.com, or in writing at the following address:

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund any payments received from you. We will do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.

We will refund you using the same method of payment used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. If you asked us to provide you with a service during the cancellation period, we will charge you for any service we have provided, up to the time that we were notified of your decision to cancel.
